$17 - $30 per hour (The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.)

Additional Compensation:
Annual or quarterly performance incentives, and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom.

Responsibilities include:

• Unloading trucks and restocking merchandise.
• Maintaining inventory accuracy and storage efficiency.
• Lifting heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds.
• Operating heavy machinery such as forklifts (may be required).
• Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
