We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated part‑time Gym Attendant who enjoys interacting with members and possesses strong interpersonal skills.

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the facility, both interior and exterior.
• Enforce gym rules, policies, and safety regulations while monitoring member activity.
• Provide customer service, assist members, and respond to inquiries.
• Perform maintenance duties on equipment, report issues, and ensure a safe environment.
• Check restrooms and other areas, coordinate handoff to housekeeping when needed.

• Enforce gym rules consistently and fairly.
• Assist with cleanliness and maintenance of gym floor.
• Check and report on restroom condition.
• Team‑clean coordination during shift.

• Takes ownership of results and demonstrates initiative.
• Experience or strong interest in the fitness industry is a plus.
• Adapts quickly to changing situations and environments.
• Communicates effectively with members and teammates with a customer‑service mindset.
• Team player, willing to take on any task and complete it.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and sales skills.
• Extremely organized and detail‑oriented.
• Able to work independently, multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Attend all mandatory company trainings within 30 days of employment.
• Follow all current company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Work in a gym setting, moving between floors, rooms, communicating with staff, members, and public.
• Ability to bend and lift more than 40 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to access and operate company computer systems for document preparation, data entry, and email.

California Pay Range: $16.50—$20 USD (part‑time)
