What You'll Do:- Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day nursing operations of the facility, including developing the monthly nursing schedule.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized resident care plans.
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations, promoting continuous improvement and professional development.
- Serve as a resource and problem-solver for nursing staff, ensuring a smooth workflow and addressing concerns promptly.
- An active California RN license in good standing.
- Previous supervisory or RN experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute care setting.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills.
