Responsibilities
- Assembling parts, including ball loading, greasing, sealing, packaging, and boxing.
- Operating lathes to deburr parts and achieve final finishes.
- Washing components using Branson and Heptane cleaning systems.
- Inspecting parts using various inspection equipment such as 0-1 micrometers, electronic drop gauges, and other handheld measuring tools.
- Working 8 to 12-hour shifts in a high-paced environment.
- Ability to use hands for polishing parts and assembly fixtures.
- Competence in using handheld measuring equipment, including 0-1 micrometers and electronic drop gauges.
- Capability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Proficiency with standard hand tools, surface plates, open setups, comparators, and fixed gauging.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Physical ability to sit, stand for long periods, and lift at least 25 pounds.
- Must pass a vision test.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Able to lift 25 pounds regularly.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Must be adaptable to a constantly changing environment and perform well under deadlines.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Must demonstrate the ability to learn and apply new skills effectively.

Hourly Rate of Pay: $16.50/hour to $20.00/hour
