About the Role

Our client, a fast-scaling innovator in EV manufacturing, is looking for a Production Scheduling Manager to lead the orchestration of vehicle and battery production from planning to execution. You won’t just manage schedules; you’ll shape the rhythm of a next-generation manufacturing operation built on speed, precision, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and own dynamic production schedules that drive seamless operations and timely product delivery
  • Balance demand, capacity, and inventory through smart forecasting and agile planning
  • Lead real-time problem-solving across manufacturing lines to turn constraints into momentum
  • Act as the connective tissue between supply chain, engineering, operations, and leadership
  • Leverage advanced ERP and MES systems along with data tools to maximize visibility and productivity
  • Champion continuous improvement using lean practices and innovative scheduling models
  • Proactively manage risk to keep production moving regardless of challenges

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Industrial Engineering (Master’s a plus)
  • 7+ years in production scheduling or operations, preferably in automotive, EV, or advanced manufacturing
  • Expertise in ERP or MRP tools such as SAP or Oracle, and experience with scheduling platforms
  • Data-savvy mindset with the ability to translate insights into operational action
  • Proven leadership in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
  • A passion for innovation and the resilience to navigate complexity with calm precision
