Job DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY
Our Project Managers are experienced in commercial HVAC and Mechanical Construction and enjoy the challenge of unique designs, projects, and deadlines. You will manage projects of varying sizes, coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, and provide leadership to project engineers while partnering with our field staff to ensure flawless project delivery. You will also oversee project milestones, identify and coordinate resource requirements, exercise good judgment, and work autonomously within company processes.

Collaboration and teamwork are essential to you, as you will work with multiple teams to achieve division and project goals.
- Develop client relations by providing project status updates to clients and leadership.
- Manage budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, etc.
- Participate in project meetings with internal departments.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure project scope and schedule adherence.
- Develop budget analysis reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, and other necessary reports.
- Delegate work and serve as a mentor to Project Engineers, providing coaching and performance feedback.
- Four-year degree in Mechanical Engineering or applicable experience.
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to manage small teams.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong financial and project management skills.
- Experience managing subcontractors.
- Strong computer skills, including CADD, ERP, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Pay: Final pay depends on education, experience, skills, and market factors. For Colorado, New York City, California, and Washington, ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 plus incentives and benefits.
