RealREPP is a nationally recognized, full-service recruitment firm who has teamed up with a growing, stable, and dynamic MEP Construction firm to assist them in hiring a Learning and Development Business Partner which can be located in Garden Grove, CA; or Portland, OR and will require mainly regional and light travel as necessary in the West Coast Region.
This new role within the company is due to growth. This organization works on multi-million-dollar commercial MEP projects and is a leader within the industry. This role will also be working with businesses and HRBPs to consult on future or current learning needs and gaps. They will bring back information to the broader L&D team to collaborate on path forward and our organization’s learning strategy.
This role will travel 30-40% of the year for in-person facilitation.

MustHaves
- Ability to travel up to 30%-40%, as required
- BA/BS degree required (Adult Education, Organizational Development, or related field preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in designing, developing and facilitating development experiences for a business audience. Construction, Engineering or similar industry experience preferred
- Significant experience in instructional design, classroom training, e-learning, developing training content, and delivering material
- Highly effective coaching and mentoring skills for developing SMEs to be effective trainers.
- Strong drive and a passion for development of people and the business.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong project management experience and ability to prioritize activities.
