Base pay range

$19.00/hr - $21.00/hr

Are you compassionate, outgoing, and ready to make a real difference in people's lives? We're looking for dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our diverse and dynamic team in various locations across LA and Orange Counties!

As a Direct Support Professional, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD).
• Play a key role as a mentor, teacher, guide, and advocate.
• Support clients in areas such as:
• Community Access
• Personal Care
• Medical Appointments
• Peer Interactions
• Recreational Activities

What We're Looking For

• Good Judgment & Problem-Solving skills
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
• A passion for helping others and the willingness to learn and grow within the role

What You Need To Apply

• Be 21+ years old
• Have reliable transportation and a valid CA Driver's License
• Must pass a background check
• Previous experience in human services is a plus
• If you know American Sign Language, let us know! We have special opportunities for those with ASL knowledge.
