Role Overview

The Quality Technician Calibration will coordinate, execute and document all required calibrations for Site 711 and 712 in accordance with established procedures, specifications, and calibration intervals and AS9100 requirements.

  • Responsible for coordinating and maintaining all aspects of the calibration system for Omni Seals and Life Sciences SBUs
  • Inspect, repair and calibrate instruments and equipment
  • Schedule shipments to subcontractors and schedule onsite subcontracted calibrations.
  • Collect tools for onsite subcontracted calibration.
  • Collect and prep tools being shipped to subcontractors for calibration.
  • Review calibration certificates for accuracy, write up any non‑conforming items.
  • Obtain quotes, create material requests, manage purchase orders and invoices.
  • Create excel spreadsheets to notify departments of upcoming calibrations and items due; return gauges to their proper location once calibrated.

  • 2+ years manufacturing experience in quality role. (required)

    9001/AS9100 Experience (preferred)
