Southland’s Preconstruction team offers their services to a wide range of owners, developers, architects, general and subcontractors, providing construction and engineering estimating, conceptualizing, cost control, and more.

Our Preconstruction team is looking for people nationwide who are interested in playing a crucial role from project award to construction, including development of project proposals, estimates, and executing the win strategy of project pursuit. We aspire to build a workforce that’s as diverse as the people who occupy the buildings we design, build, and maintain.

Projects are in California, Utah, Oregon, Colorado, Washington, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Georgia and Pennsylvania.
