Classroom support, Child Development​/Support

Overview

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Instructional Aides and Behavior Technicians to support our students in the Orange County region. The ideal candidate will help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for our students. Key responsibilities include supervising children, assisting with homework, organizing activities, managing behaviors, and ensuring the well-being of all participants.

• Assist in planning and implementing daily after-school program activities.
• Develop and encourage age-appropriate learning and socialization to boost children's development.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment for the children.
• Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility.
• Follow all program policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with children is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude.

• Monday - Friday
