We’re seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Office Scheduler to join our team and help keep our office running smoothly. - Appointment Scheduling:
Coordinate and manage patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of time and resources. - Confirm appointments and manage any changes or cancellations.
- Patient Interaction:
Greet patients warmly, check them in and out, and assist with any questions or concerns they may have. - Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Phone Management:
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, address inquiries, and handle appointment bookings and rescheduling. - Records Management:
Accurately enter and update patient information in our database. - Maintain organized and current patient records.
- Insurance Verification:
Verify patient insurance details and assist with any related questions or concerns. - Office Coordination:
Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and dentists to ensure smooth patient flow and effective communication within the office.
- A positive, upbeat personality that loves interacting with people.
- Must have superior customer service.
- Must be a great multi-tasker, very friendly, and loves working with people.
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Must be punctual.
- Must be dependable.
- Pays attention to detail and is a rockstar.
- Excellent customer service skills are a must.
- Must have a very bubbly personality.
- A team player who’s ready to contribute to our fun and friendly office environment.
- A background check is required and excellent references are a must.
