Typical Day

As a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist
, you will focus on wow‑ing clients now and in the future. You will answer phones, greet clients, match them with the right tax professional, schedule appointments, keep the office organized, and ensure all client needs are met in person, over the phone, or virtually.

What You’ll Bring
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
  • Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
  • Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
  • Help ensure all client needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone, or virtually.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Your Expertise
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment.
  • Ability to multi‑task.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Computer proficient with Microsoft Office.
Desired Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
  • Sales/marketing experience.

Pay Range

$11.00 – $27.00 per hour.
