• Provide Specialized Care:
  Deliver advanced wound care including allografting, surgical debridement, and management of chronic, non-healing wounds
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams:
  Partner with a multidisciplinary team for seamless care coordination and optimal outcomes
• Manage Your
  
  Schedule:
  
  Travel to patient homes and build your own rhythm of patient care
• Document with Precision:
  Maintain accurate patient records for assessments, treatments, and progress
• Stay Current:
  Contribute to continuous improvement and stay up-to-date with leading-edge wound care techniques

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license
• Wound Care Certification (preferred; CEUs provided if needed within 90 days of hire)
• Strong independence, communication, and organizational skills
• A passion for patient-centered care
