An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join the dynamic team at Glassons Carindale or Garden City. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the store's performance and supporting the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a full-time position.

• Assist the Store Manager in leading and motivating the retail team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Provide hands-on support in all areas of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive brand experience for all customers
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance store performance
• Assist with the training and development of store team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Ensure the store maintains high standards of presentation, safety, and compliance with company policies and procedures

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management or assistant management role, preferably within the fashion industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional shopping experience
• Proficient in inventory management, visual merchandising, and store operations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A proactive and adaptable approach to work, able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
