Res Care Community Living is an affiliate of Bright Spring Health Services with five decades of experience in disability services. We provide a comprehensive range of high‑quality services, including community living, adult host homes, behavioral/mental health support, in‑home pharmacy solutions, telecare and remote support, supported employment and training programs, and day programs.

This position requires a valid CNA certification, which will be verified. As a DSP, you play a crucial role in helping us provide compassionate care to our clients. You will be the heart of our company, offering compassion, dependability and care.

• Perform personal care tasks, including feeding, ambulation, and medical monitoring.
• Assist with fostering positive relationships between individuals served and their housemates.
• Ensure client safety and maintain a safe environment.
• Encourage self‑help activities.
• Accompany clients to scheduled appointments.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in a group home, home‑like setting.
• Ability to communicate (verbally and written) with all levels of personnel, internal and external.
