The National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Representative (CXR). The Customer Service Representative provides superior, friendly, and efficient transactions and offers company‑approved services and products to ensure a positive experience for all customers. This position also facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide an efficient and timely rental and return experience.

This position starts at $17.60 per hour plus bonuses

• Sunday: 12:00 PM–4:00 PM / Break / 8:00 PM–11:00 PM
• Monday: 1:00 PM–7:00 PM / Break / 8:00 PM–11:00 PM
• Tuesday: 9:00 PM–11:00 PM
• Wednesday: 9:00 PM–11:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM / Break / 9:00 PM–11:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services including optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and additional equipment.
• Offer additional assistance by providing directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information.
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, and provide resolution for customers, other branches, and vendors.
• Place outgoing calls for callback management and miscellaneous assignments.
• Assist in assessing the condition of the rental upon return.
• Notify management of any known customer problems.
• Notify management of any known vehicle problems and required maintenance.
• Continuously build knowledge and skills by pursuing on‑the‑job training, development opportunities, and any company‑sponsored classroom training.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Minimum of 2 years customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support.
• Valid driver's license.
• No more than 2 moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents on driving record within past 3 years.
• No DWI/DUI/DWAI or other drug and/or alcohol‑related convictions on driving record in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to work the listed schedule.
• Cannot require work‑authorization sponsorship by the company for this position now or in the future.
