Veterinary ER Clinician Mentorship Program (ECMP) is an accelerated training program for new or recent graduates to gain the knowledge and skills to be an exceptional Emergency Clinician in an organization owned and led by veterinarians that provides high-quality specialty healthcare. The program aims to help participants become the very best ER doctors they can be.
