Compensation: $16 - $18/hr + Quarterly bonus potential + Commissions for renewals, vacancy loss goals, and reputation score.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. The housekeeper ensures that our property is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. They will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning duties in all common areas, leasing offices, and resident units.

• This position is responsible for cleaning apartments after move-outs and getting them move-in ready.
• Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, amenities, and restrooms daily.
• Clean all vacant apartments and ensure timely turnover as directed by the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.
• Responsible for the care, maintenance, and inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment owned by the community.
• Maintain a courteous and professional relationship with residents and vendors.
• Operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies.
• Follow all safety procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook, SOPs, and safety labels on all equipment.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and always represent the company in a positive manner.

• Minimum 1-year experience in cleaning, preferably residential.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Be able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time
• Climb stairs and ladders as needed
