Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer position located in Garden City, Idaho. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for a range of responsibilities, including designing, analyzing, and supervising civil engineering projects such as grading, drainage, and utility infrastructure. The role will involve collaborating with team members to create innovative, functional designs that meet client needs while ensuring compliance with industry standards and local regulations.

The position requires strong project management skills, client interaction, and the preparation of detailed technical documentation and reports.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in civil engineering design, including experience with site design, grading, drainage, and utility infrastructure
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and GIS tools
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders
  • Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal regulations as they relate to civil engineering projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field;
    Professional Engineer (PE) licensure preferred
  • Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Commitment to sustainability and innovative design solutions
