End User Support - L2
Responsibility:
Manage and resolve escalated issues related to Windows and macOS systems.
Provide limited support for Linux-based systems as required.
Handle software installations, updates, and patch management.
Maintain endpoint security and compliance with organizational standards.
Collaborate with L1 support teams for issue escalation and resolution.
Required Skills:
Strong expertise in Windows and macOS operating systems.
Basic knowledge of Linux environments.
Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint management tools.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
