Jashom is looking for a hands-on AI/ML Engineer with strong experience in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic AI systems to build and scale real-world AI solutions.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering
Strong expertise in RAG pipelines, vector databases, and LLM orchestration
Hands-on with Agentic AI frameworks (Lang Chain, CrewAI, Auto Gen, etc.)
Solid Python skills and experience deploying ML/AI systems to production
Experience with cloud platforms and APIs
What You’ll Do:
Design, build, and optimize RAG-based and agent-driven AI systems
Integrate LLMs into enterprise-grade workflows
Improve model performance, latency, and reliability
Work closely with product and engineering teams to ship scalable AI solutions
