• Own the vision for Capital Risk and Deal Reporting systems, ensuring scalability and operational reliability
• Enable analytical and forecasting capabilities for better funding and P&L decision-making
• Lead the development of systems for consistent, timely, and trusted reporting to Capital investors
• Identify and eliminate operational fragility by automating critical workflows
• Act as a product anchor across various departments, aligning stakeholders and driving execution

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in finance, accounting, or capital markets
• Proven ability to lead diverse stakeholders and drive progress in complex initiatives
• Demonstrated ownership mentality and ability to navigate ambiguous environments
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and experience in data-driven decision-making
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets

• Experience in debt capital markets is a significant plus
• Familiarity with system design, data models, and technical constraints
• Previous success in leading cross-functional teams in a remote environment
