Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following post orders, site-specific access procedures, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial processing location.;
Control entry and exit at designated access points by verifying identification, authorizations, and deliveries; issue and track visitor credentials per site policy.;
Monitor alarms, gates, and surveillance systems as assigned; document observations and report unusual activity and/or policy violations through the established chain of command.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site leadership and external responders as directed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including building entrances, restricted zones, and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
