A leading medical research institution in Galveston is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow to conduct research on vector-borne diseases. Candidates should have strong backgrounds in microbiology, cellular biology, or immunology, with basic research skills including siRNA and cell culture. This position focuses on the development of vaccines and the investigation of pathophysiology. An understanding of protein modifications and animal handling in BSL3 labs is preferred.
