• Supervise patient care
• Coordinate all aspects of patient care; initiate and update the plan of care
• Complete all documents timely, including Oasis, 485, and order submission
• Supervise, orient, and teach other clinical personnel when needed
• Assure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, including problem resolution and complaint investigation

• Current Louisiana Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience as an RN or 1 year clinical experience as an LPN
• Current CPR Certification
• Compassionate and great time‑management skills
• Reliable transportation to conduct patient visits at patients’ place of residence or facility
