Join our supportive nursing team in Huntsville, TX, where you will play a vital role in advocating for patients, coordinating treatment plans, and promoting positive health outcomes across diverse patient populations. You will collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and patient families to ensure delivery of evidence-based, ethical care in a safe and respectful environment.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, collect health histories, and document findings in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Administer medications, wound care, and nursing treatments as ordered, following best practice protocols and patient safety standards.
• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, recognizing and escalating changes in status as necessary.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans individualized to each patient’s needs, goals, and preferences.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members regarding care, education, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of interventions, care outcomes, and transitions in patient status.
• Support a culture of safety, inclusivity, and patient advocacy at all times.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives within the nursing department.

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas (TX).
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • Varicella, MMR, T-Dap, TB, HepB, Current Physical, Flu Covid-19 Vaccine
