The Sr. Maintenance Technician works as part of the team to support the ongoing building maintenance program and plant operations. In this position, you'll perform maintenance inspections and repairs as needed including facility lighting, routine painting, plumbing, electrical and other related maintenance activities. In addition, you'll utilize your knowledge and skills to perform preventative maintenance and respond to emergency situations in the hospital facility.
Responsibilities- Performs mechanical repairs to include plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and HVAC.
- Performs preventative maintenance to ensure proper equipment operation.
- Ensures proper safety education and demonstrates knowledge of facility safety policies.
- High School diploma or GED
- 3 years’ related work experience
- 5 years HVAC systems and controls experience
- 5 years plumbing experience
- 5 years electrical experience
