Overview

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our diverse and high-energy dining outlets. If you are enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service, managing a talented team, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests, we want to hear from you!

• Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and support staff to ensure a high standard of service
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and lounges
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory control and cost management
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Familiarity with casino operations is a plus
