This is a full-time, on-site Honda Parts Sales position located in Galveston, TX. The role involves assisting customers and technicians with their parts inquiries, processing orders, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient service. The individual will also work closely with the sales and service teams to support the overall operations of the parts department.

• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in Parts Sales and a proven ability to meet sales targets
• Knowledge of Inventory Control processes and practices
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and demonstrate problem-solving skills
• CDK computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
