- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; 2 years related experience.
Provide professional guidance, supervision, and coordination in the administrative duties of a department.
Job Duties- Plan, organize, and coordinate administrative duties related to the Office of Educational Affairs (OEA) and affiliated departments as assigned by the Associate Dean, Academic Affairs, and Administrative Manager.
- Determine work priorities and monitor progress toward work deadlines.
- Coordinate daily office activities or supervise as determined by management.
- Compose, type, and proof finished copies of confidential correspondence.
- Prepare, review, and distribute official communications, reports, and documentation to faculty, staff, and students from leadership and committee chairs.
- Act as liaison with other campus departments on routine matters.
- Organize and schedule appointments for assistant deans and faculty members.
Commensurate with experience: $53,280 – $57,000.
