* High School diploma or equivalent; one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Parts selling experience in a mechanical repair business.
* Order taking experience via phone, email, electronic process in a service industry.
* Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, catalogs, computer displays, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals to determine replacement part stock numbers and prices.
* Excellent phone, computer, and communication skills.
* Ability to speak effectively before customers and employees.
* Ability to calculate discounts, interest, and percentages. Ability to apply concepts of basic math.
* Ability to load, unload, and move materials within sites that are near operational areas.
* Ability to provide sound advice and technical assistance to those with less experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office product.
* Possess and maintain a valid California Drivers License
* Flexible team player
