This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Granite Bay, CA, for an Estimator. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for infrastructure projects by analyzing plans, specifications, and other project documents. Key responsibilities include reviewing project requirements, calculating materials and labor costs, developing bid proposals, and collaborating with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate and competitive estimates.

This role involves maintaining a high level of attention to detail to meet project timelines and budgetary requirements.

• Proficiency in cost estimating, budget analysis, and developing bid proposals
• Strong understanding of construction project specifications, engineering principles, and materials procurement
• Experience with project management tools and software used in estimating and scheduling
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other estimating software tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in estimating within the infrastructure or construction industry is an advantage
