Position Title: Community Support Specialist
Location: Dry Creek Oaks Community Association - Galt, CA
Reporting To: Division Vice President of Community Management
Status: Non-Exempt, Part-Time
Salary: $24.00 - $26.00/Hourly DOE

The Community Support Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and quality administrative support to both internal and external clients, including, but not limited to, support clubhouse operations, recreational amenities, and community engagement within our gated residential community.
Job Duties And Responsibilities Resident Support & Communication- Assist with monthly newsletter and event calendar distribution
- Provide logistical support for HOA-sponsored activities
- Maintain consistent communication regarding amenity use and policies
- Conduct routine visual inspections of the clubhouse, gym, pool, pickleball, and bocce courts
- Report maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns
- Coordinate reservations and facility access scheduling
- Maintain published on-site office hours
- Assist residents with HOA procedures and amenity access
- Escalate operational concerns to management as appropriate
- Coordinate gate access fob distribution
- Provide orientation to community amenities
- Support Welcoming Committee initiatives
- Serve as on-site contact for landscape, pool, and janitorial vendors
- Monitor vendor performance and communicate issues to management
- Assist with clubhouse readiness for events
- Restock supplies and report cleaning or repair needs
- Provide support for developer sales-related activities and events as requested
- Coordinate with the sales team in showing facilities and interacting with prospective buyers
- High School Diploma (or equivalent);
Associate’s Degree preferred - Proficiency in administrative support – generally between 1-4 years
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products
- Ability to identify and prioritize tasks
- Ability to multi-task and provide support to multiple communities while understanding their unique rules and requirements
- Conflict resolution skills
- Highly organized and able to monitor records for pending deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to provide high-level customer service with astute attention to detail and organization
- Must be a team player
- Ability to utilize technology including phone systems, reports, and office equipment to efficiently discharge tasks
- Adaptable and dependable with a solid attendance record
- Professional and respectful demeanor with all internal and external customers at all times

- Be stationary for periods of time
- Relocate up to (25) pounds
- Travel to and from offsite locations

- 20-25 hours per week, schedule is based per business needs
- This position may require occasional long hours to meet business needs
