Local Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Gallup, NM

We’re seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a local contract assignment in Gallup, New Mexico. This is a great opportunity to provide excellent patient care while staying close to home.

• Schedule:
  
  36 hours per week (guaranteed)
• Contract Length: 13 weeks (with possible extension)

• Active LPN License (New Mexico)
• Current BLS certification
• 1+ year of recent LPN experience preferred
• Must meet pre-employment credentialing requirements (background check, drug screen, etc.)

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Document care and update patient records accurately
• Support patients with daily living activities and mobility needs
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality outcomes

• Local contract (not travel)
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
