Royal Suites Healthcare and Rehabilitation located in Galloway, NJ is looking to hire a Full Time 'Guest Services Concierge' to join our growing team. This position is full time. The proper candidate must have an outgoing personality, enjoy working with the senior population, and have at least 1-2 years’ experience in customer service. We offer a competitive hourly rate from ($16-$20.00 per hour) and a pleasant working atmosphere.

Job Requirements
- Must have at least 1-2 years’ experience working in customer service
- Nursing home or rehabilitation center experience is preferred but not required
- Must be available to work every weekend (Saturday & Sunday) 9:00am-5:30pm
- Bilingual is a plus
Our Guest Services Concierge will assist with serving meals, answer calls from patients and their family members, prepare rooms for new admissions, and ensure the overall comfort and satisfaction of our patients.
