Retail Sales Representative (RSR) at Luna Wireless, an authorized T‑Mobile retailer. The role promotes the T‑Mobile brand through outstanding customer service, product knowledge, and sales skills. RSRs work in a fast‑paced retail environment, sharing the latest technology with customers and driving sales across stores.

• Assist customers in continuing their shopping experience across channels.
• Demonstrate and explain latest devices and service plans.
• Provide personalized sales solutions beyond basic device and service plans.
• Use digital tools to showcase coverage and plan benefits.
• Complete in‑store training and stay updated on wireless innovations.
• Handle cash and store operations as needed.
• Collaborate with T‑Mobile employees to resolve customer issues and maintain seamless experience.
• Support team initiatives and create an inclusive environment.

• Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Bilingual (Spanish) encouraged but not required.
• Fast‑paced, energetic sales environment success.
