Job Summary
This position is a Guest Experience Leader at a McDonald's restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not by McDonald's USA. The role is part‑time and available between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm, and the position is open to candidates who are 16 years of age or older.
Responsibilities- Greeting guests and communicating with them while ordering
- Offering help with using the ordering kiosks
- Assisting those in need of extra hands
- Checking with guests once they have their food to ensure satisfaction or to see if they need anything else
- Ensuring kids receive a kid treat
- Handling any concerns
- Communicating with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations
Applicants must have an outstanding attitude, a willingness to learn and grow, and the capability to excel in a fast‑paced, team environment. The position requires a minimum age of 16 years or older.
