Server Assistant – Grasslands Club (Foxland & Fairvue)

Location: Gallatin, Tennessee

Employment type: Part-Time or Full-Time

Base pay range: $12.00/hr – $12.00/hr

We’re seeking Server Assistants to support our Food & Beverage team and help deliver exceptional dining experiences to our members and guests. This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment where every role plays a part in making memories matter.

• Support servers to ensure smooth, efficient service
• Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly and professionally
• Refill water, beverages, and assist with guest needs as directed
• Assist with food running and delivery as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations
• Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
• Uphold Grasslands Club service standards and hospitality values

• Positive attitude with a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to work well in a team‑focused environment
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move for extended periods
• Prior restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
