Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

* Smile

* Create and Maintain Eye Contact

* Speak Enthusiastically

* Make Emotional Connections with Guests

* Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant

* Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly

* Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic

* Work on their feet for several hours at a time

* Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members

* Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times

* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

* No restaurant experience needed.

* This is for a FULL TIME position, 35 hours plus. Do not apply if you want part time. Must provide resume with availability. Applicants with poor job tenue will not be competitive.
