Qualifications and requirements:

* Licenses:
State of Tennessee or Multi-State LPN licensure - Required

* American Heart Association (AHA) OR American Red Cross Certifications

* Basic Life Support (BLS) - Required to be current upon hire

* Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - Required within 6 months of hire

* Proof of certification in IV therapy as mandated by the State of TN
