• Licenses:
  State of Tennessee or Multi-State LPN licensure - Required
• American Heart Association (AHA) OR American Red Cross Certifications
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - Required to be current upon hire
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - Required within 6 months of hire
• Proof of certification in IV therapy as mandated by the State of TN
