Overview

Shift: 6 PM to 6 AM. Terra Bella Senior Living operates 30+ communities across the Carolinas, Virginia, Kentucky, Georgia, and Tennessee, offering Active Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and short-term Respite Care. Terra Bella is looking to join our Capstone at Station Camp community.

As an LPN, you will provide nursing care in accordance with the client's plan of care, including comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluation, monitoring of the client’s condition, health promotion, and coordination of services.

• Provide nursing care in accordance with the client’s plan of care.
• Perform comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluations.
• Monitor client condition and respond to changes in health status.
• Promote health and coordinate preventive and care services.

• Two years LPN experience required
• Two years’ experience in assisted living or in a nursing home
• Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing
• Ability to ensure the community follows all federal, state and local laws and regulations as pertains to resident services and care
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Effective organization, time management, and written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and delegate assignments
• A dedication to seniors and their well-being
• Available to work nights and weekends
