Tri Star Hendersonville Medical Center is seeking a primary care advanced practitioner to join an established primary care group located in Gallatin, Tennessee.
SpecializationFamily Medicine without OB.
Qualified Candidates- Board Certified NP or PA
- Tennessee licensure or eligibility to obtain
- DEA with full prescriptive authority
- Must have experience as an NP providing primary care to ages 5 and older
- Ability to practice autonomously; experience with chronic disease management preferred
- Commitment to providing high quality, evidence‑based patient care
- Established, well‑managed practice
- Join 2 established physicians and one PA in the group
- Schedule Monday – Thursday 8 a‑5 p, Friday 8 a‑12 p
- Outpatient only
- Competitive salary
