Salary Range: $70,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually

SHIFT: 2nd Shift 2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday (40 hours per week)

• Supervises the overall production activities of night shift operations to ensure that efficiency, volume, cost, and quality standards are achieved.
• Responsible for meeting production schedules, cost targets and quality standards; responsible for quality, inventory, 5S/Workplace organization, employee morale, safety, and efficiencies.
• Interviews, hires and recommends wage adjustments for reporting personnel.
• Coaches performance through communication, documentation and consequence up to termination of employment.
• Ensures adequate training of employees and maintenance of equipment.
• Confers with other supervisors to coordinate activities between departments and shifts.
• Responsible for building a culture of teamwork and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• This role is primarily engaged in administrative and managerial duties.

• Bachelor’s Degree from a four‑year college or university or an equivalent combination of formal education, on‑the‑job training, and/or work experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in a manufacturing environment and 2–3 in a manufacturing leadership role desired.
• Experience in a manufacturing facility.
• Proven continuous improvement track record, with expertise in Lean, 5S, and Six Sigma implementation desirable.
• Ability to work independently and with very limited supervision.
• Ability to communicate effectively with subordinates and within the company.
• Problem‑solving abilities and strong leadership skills required.
• A broad understanding of and experience in production and manufacturing processes.
