Welder - Manufacturing - Base Salary to 26.00/hour - Gallatin, TN

All Search Recruiting has a client that is a U.S.

-based manufacturer that produces premium truck bodies designed for landscaping, hauling, construction, equipment distribution, and agriculture. They are looking for a Welder to join their team in Gallatin, TN. Hours for this position are:
Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. or 2:15 pm- 10:45 pm.

• MIG-weld steel components to blueprint/drawing specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints/drawings to confirm joints, weld symbols, and sequence.
• Verify measurements, fit-up, and quality before and after welds.

• Proficiency in blueprint reading.
• Hands‑on experience with a MIG welder (production or job‑shop environment preferred).

• Base salary in the 18.00 - 26.00/hour range
• 401k: 100% match up to 6% of salary (after 1 year).
• Health:
