Monday-Friday Start time: anytime after 5pm till cleaning is complete. (initially only takes 1hour 1/2 to clean)

The ideal candidates for these positions must be detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. Responsibilities- A Commercial Cleaner is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, emptying trash and public areas.
- Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming them.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and towels.
- Strip, seal, finish and polish floors.
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
