Physical Therapist PT – NHC Place Sumner

The qualified PT in this position will work weekdays and one weekend per month in skilled and long‑term care settings, as well as assisted living and memory care. Experienced therapists, flexible scheduling, and excellent pay rates make this a great opportunity for a PT interested in becoming part of a caring, innovative, and evidence‑based outcomes‑focused rehab team.

• Must be flexible, a team player, reliable, and have a positive attitude.
• Must be a graduate of an APTA accredited BS, MS, or DPT level course in Physical Therapy.
• Must have a Tennessee Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Prior SNF experience is a plus.
