Dietary Supervisor
Overview:Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Dietary Supervisor to lead daily dietary operations and ensure high-quality, compliant nutrition services for our residents.
Dietary SupervisorKey Duties:
- Supervise dietary staff and daily operations
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Support menu planning and resident dietary needs
- Manage food quality, inventory, and costs
- Address resident dining concerns
Qualifications:
- Dietary services experience (healthcare preferred)
- Supervisory experience a plus
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation
