Job Details:

• Minimum 2 years ICU experience required

• Cardiac experience required including post cath intervention, balloon pump, and Impella

• Travel experience required

• Must be willing to float to all campuses (Ontario, Bucyrus, Galion)

• Call required - must arrive at hospital within 1 hour when called in

• No blocked schedule and no exceptions

• No holiday or holiday week requests will be approved

• 24 hours of orientation required

• Ohio or compact license required - pending licenses not accepted

• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS

• Epic experience preferred

• Must care for adult and geriatric patients

Skills required:

management of dysrhythmias, arterial line management, central line care/management, titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips, BiPAP/CPAP management, care of ventilated patients, suctioning, isolation precautions, CVP monitoring, IABP, Impella, interpretation of dysrhythmias, pre/post cardiac cath procedures, and sheath removal

• Up to 8 hours of non-billable modules required pre-start through Health Stream

• Smoke-free facility and campus

• Two recent supervisory references required

• Interdisciplinary support includes rapid response teams

Adex Job . Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
